Here’s a straightforward approach to kickstart the conversation about accepting bitcoin:

Normally starts with "I know this is going to sound a bit random but do you own any Bitcoin" Ask if the merchant holds any Bitcoin.
Explain that there's a way to start accepting Bitcoin in just 5 minutes.
Offer to send them Bitcoin and ask them to download the Blink wallet. Here is the Accept Bitcoin Guide.
Conduct a small example transaction to demonstrate the speed and low fees.
Explain the importance of self custody wallet and ask them to download the Green Wallet. Here is the Self Custody Guide.
Print out their QR code and place it on their table tent.
Take a photo and share it with us.

Gain a thorough understanding of how to accept Bitcoin on the Lightning Network and ensure you store your Bitcoin securely.

Download and print a few table tents to display. You can fit three templates on one A3 page(220gsm).

Once you are ready to complete the onboarding, print the merchant's QR code to display at the point of sale table tent.
